  14. Can anyone tell me of a stockist of "The Icon Programming Language" 3rd
  15. edition, in the UK, please?  All the bookshops I have asked (in the East
  16. Midlands) say it will be about 3 weeks to obtain a copy, and amazon.co.uk
  17. say the same.
